Pizza base
Vegetables: 1 tomato, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1 onion.
Sliced horseshoe Chorizo Sarta, Chorizo lonchas & Chiffonnade
100g goat’s cheese
Herbs for garnish: fresh thyme and oregano.
Salt flakes.

Arrange the chopped vegetables on the pizza base
and top with the chorizo and goat’s cheese.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC
for approximately 18 minutes.
