Mixed leaves: watercress, rocket, red Chard, etc.
Slices of Serrano ham & Chiffonnade
150 g feta cheese,
walnuts,
salt flakes.
Modena vinaigrette: 1 part Modena vinegar to 3 parts extra-virgin olive oil.

Wash the lettuce leaves and dry well,
arrange on a plate and top with the sliced Serrano ham,
the feta cheese and the walnuts.
